The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash north of Lincoln near Highway 79 and West Agnew Road on Saturday at 4:33 p.m.
According to authorities, a pickup truck traveling westbound on West Agnew Road collided with a southbound van near Highway 79.
Five people were hospitalized due to the crash, with two in critical but stable condition. The driver of the pickup declined medical treatment.
No citations have been issued at this time, and the crash remains under investigation.
Officials advised drivers to expect delays in the area.
