Nebraska Commission Nominates Candidates for District Court Judge in Douglas County

Nebraska’s Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted four candidates for the District Court Judge vacancy in the Fourth Judicial District, which serves Douglas County.

The nominees, now under review by Gov. Jim Pillen, are:

  • Grant A. Forsberg – Omaha
  • Joseph J. Kehm – Omaha
  • Ryan M. Lindberg – Omaha
  • Patrick R. Runge – Omaha

The judicial vacancy follows the retirement of Judge W. Russell Bowie. Gov. Pillen will make the final appointment.
