Nebraska’s Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted four candidates for consideration to fill a County Court Judge vacancy in the Fourth Judicial District.
Gov. Jim Pillen will review the following nominees:
- Joseph L. Howard – Omaha
- Michael W. Jensen – Omaha
- David M. Wear – Omaha
- Phillip K. Kleine – Elkhorn
The Fourth Judicial District covers Douglas County. The vacancy comes following the retirement of Judge Jeffrey L. Marcuzzo.
